We want you to feel empowered and respected when using EchoLens. However, due to the nature of our service, there are some important limitations on refunds.
🔒 Digital Products Are Final
All purchases made through EchoLens — including Premium and Deep Dive reports — are digital products that are delivered instantly upon completion. As such, we do not offer refunds once your personalized analysis has been generated.
❓ Was There an Error?
If you believe there was a technical issue, such as:
- Your report didn’t generate
- You were charged but did not receive access
- The page failed to load your results
Please email us at fourhourscompany@gmail.com within 72 hours of your purchase, and we will do everything we can to investigate and resolve the situation.
⚠️ No Refunds for Subjective Dissatisfaction
EchoLens delivers psychoanalysis based on your inputs. While we aim for emotional accuracy, we do not offer refunds if the content did not resonate with you or align with your expectations.
